Brookhaven Police Looking For Robbery Suspect

BROOKHAVEN, GA — Police have released pictures of an August 15 armed robbery on Buford Highway.

The incident happened around 11:30 pm in the 3100 block. An unidentified suspect confronted the victim leaving the store, pointed a handgun at her and demanded her money.

The suspect vehicle is described as a newer (2012-2015) model Toyota Camry with a Georgia tag that includes the numbers 4179. The vehicle is either missing the rear, passenger hubcap or driving on a spare tire. The vehicle also has very noticeable damage to the passenger side doors.

The suspect is described as a black male, 6’00” tall, 35-45 old and with a muscular build.
