CHORAL GUILD OF ATLANTA - IN PRAISE OF MUSIC

Choral Guild of Atlanta, celebrating its 75th anniversary, performs a beautiful concert titled “In Praise of Music” Music to be performed includes: Hymn to St. Cecilia by Herbert Howells ,I Was Glad by C.H.H.Parry, The Old 100th Psalm Tune by Ralph Vaughan Williams, and the Mass in G by Franz Schubert. William Noll, a former conductor of the Choral Guild will be guest conductor for the program. Also on the program is the world premiere performance of Julilate Deo by John Erickson commissioned by the Choral Guild for the occasion.
