City's Website Doesn't Identify Ernst as Mayor
Rebecca Chase Williams is still listed as Brookhaven's mayor, though John Ernst was installed on Monday.
BROOKHAVEN GA -- It’s only been three days, but Brookhaven’s website still has Rebecca Chase Williams listed as the city’s mayor.
John Ernst officially was sworn in as the city’s third mayor on Monday, after winning election to seat back in November.
Williams chose not to seek election as mayor last fall, and Ernst cruised to a landslide on Election Day.

We’re not sure who is in charge of Brookhaven’s website, but its probably one of those corrections they’ll eventually get around to fixing.
