"Climb the Peach" to Honor Fallen Firefighters at The Westin Peachtree Plaza this Saturday
Join fire chiefs in noncompetitive 9/11 memorial stair climb open to all at Atlanta hotel
Climb one, climb them all β participants from all athletic walks of life are invited to honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 during a 9/11 stair climb on Saturday, August 29 at 9:10 a.m. at The Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta. The stair climb is limited to the first 343 participants β representing the number of firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11.
Hosted by the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF), participants will have the opportunity to climb the equivalent of 110 flights of stairs, the same number of floors as the World Trade Center. Whether you plan to complete one flight or all 110, your support ensures each of the fallen firefighters is represented at this memorial event.
Registration is $35 and you can register β both as an individual or a team β by visiting http://bit.ly/1T8i8R6.
