Four Rescued After Crane Collapses in Buckhead (UPDATES)
A fire department spokeswoman said that nobody was injured during the incident.

A construction crane in Buckhead collapsed on Thursday afternoon, according to public safety officials.
Atlanta police spokesman Ralph Woolfolk tells Patch the crane collapsed at 3481 Lakeside Drive NE, which is near the intersection of Peachtree and Wieuca roads.

Atlanta Fire Rescue spokeswoman Janet Ward tells Patch that four people were rescued who were left stranded following the crane’s collapse, but said there were no injuries to report.

Andy Lindeman, who works in a nearby office tower, sent out a tweet about the collapse at 3:15 p.m.
