DeKalb Would Be Redrawn Under Brookhaven Lawmaker's Bill
Rep. Scott Holcomb has introduced legislation that would completely restructure the DeKalb County commission.

ATLANTA, GA -- A bill has been introduced in the Georgia General Assembly that would redraw the districts and structure of the DeKalb County board of commission.
State Rep. Scott Holcomb (D-Atlanta) introduced the legislation earlier this week, according to the Brookhaven Post.
The bill would increase the number of commission seats from seven to eight, and eliminate the at-large seats. The bill would also redraw the current commission’s boundaries.
