In collaboration with The Elaine Clark Center for Exceptional Children, Lynwood offers an adaptive tennis lesson program for individuals with special needs. Tennis is an excellent lower-impact exercise that improves circulation, motor skills and helps build self-confidence and life skills through social interaction with other participants and the program volunteers.
For ages 6-17, boys and girls. Free.
