Google Fiber Training Brookhaven Installers

Technicians who will be installing Google Fiber throughout Brookhaven and other metro Atlanta communities have begun training at the company’s new Google Fiber Academy.

Google unveiled the school on Weds., Sept. 16, according to Decaturish.

About 700 installers have already been trained at the southwest Atlanta facility.

Brookhaven, along with Avondale Estates, Decatur and Sandy Springs, were among several metro Atlanta cities to receive the service.

Still no word from the company as to when Brookhaven residents can look forward to the service.
