New RaceTrac Approved By Brookhaven Planning Commission
Now, the request goes to the city council.

BROOKHAVEN, GA -- RaceTrac’s application for two special use permits has been approved by the Brookhaven Planning Commission, meaning the corporation will now take its plans for a new station at Clairmont Road and Dresden Drive to the city council.
The approval came during Wednesday night’s planning commission meeting, according to the Brookhaven Post.
RaceTrac wants to build a 5,500-square-foot food market and eight gas pumps at the intersection. It also wants to sell beer and wine, which is why it needs the two special use permits.
