One Eared Stag Named Georgia's Best Farm-to-Table Restaurant

ATLANTA, GA -- One Eared Stag, located in Atlanta's Inman Park neighborhood, has been named Georgia's best farm-to-table restaurant by Travel & Leisure magazine.

The magazine recently published its list of each state's best eco-friendly restaurant.

"Though this restaurant’s not really a secret to Peach State residents, it succeeds in keeping that hidden gem aura, and has menu items like heritage pork chop and bone marrow with toast, roe, radishes, and goat cheese," the magazine said. "Chef Robert Phalen is widely lauded for working exclusively with organic, sustainable farms and fisheries, but it’s his cook-it-and-they-will-come ethos toward inventive, daily-changing dishes that will stand the test of time—that, along with the house-made elixirs and mounted animal heads."
