UPDATE: Pedestrian Killed at I-285/Buford Highway
The accident happened late Sunday night.
A pedestrian was struck by a car and killed in an accident on the top-end perimeter that left several lanes of Spaghetti Junction closed for several hours overnight.
The accident happened on I-285 westbound at Buford Highway around 9:30 pm. The ramp from I-95 southbound to I-285 westbound was also closed.
A Georgia State Patrol spokeswoman said a BMW driven by a 39-year-old Marietta man struck a man lying in the second lane from the median wall.
