Missing Woman: Police Want Another Interview With Man Who Last Saw Janet Sue Miller
Doug Smith gave Janet Sue Miller a ride to and from a local grocery store before she went missing on Christmas Eve.

BROOKHAVEN, GA -- Police are asking for another interview with a man believed to be the last person who saw a 78-year-old woman before she went missing.
But the man's attorney says his client has already cooperated with police.
Janet Sue Miller, who suffers from dementia, was last seen walking home from her Brookhaven church on Christmas Eve.

Police believe Doug Smith, a member of Miller's church, was the last person to see her, after giving her a ride and then picking her up from the Brookhaven Kroger.
Smith's attorney, Drew Findling, told Channel 2 Action News that his client already has given police permission to search his property and vehicle, and has given the authorities all the information he has.

But investigators want to speak with Smith again, and say he has not been cooperative.
Smith has not been named a suspect or a person of interest in the case.
Brookhaven police, as well as its K9 unit and DeKalb police, have been searching for Miller ever since she disappeared, including several searches along North Druid Hills and Apple Valley roads, and Star Drive, over the holidays.
