Two other lots are included in the proposal, including a nearby auto center.

Silver Properties is requesting a rezoning of the area from Neighborhood Shopping to C-1 Commercial. It is also seeking a special land permit to sell alcohol.

The "Shoppes at Brookhaven" would include a restaurant; a convenience store; and 2,500 square feet of additional retail space.
