Featuring Renowned Jazz Artist Theresa Hightower

WHAT: The St. Regis Atlanta, an unparalleled in-town resort located in the elegant enclave of

Buckhead, hosts its weekly Jazz Legends series every Thursday night with legendary jazz vocalist Theresa Hightower. The event will take place in the hotel’s elegant Wine Room, with cocktails and bites at 5 p.m. and the musical performance at 7 p.m.

Theresa Hightower is a multi-award-winning entertainer, regarded as one of the great jazz and blues vocalists of her generation. She has been named Atlanta’s Top Female Vocalist by Top Star Awards, and honored as the Top Jazz Musician in Atlanta by local lifestyle and entertainment magazine Creative Loafing. Her critically- acclaimed performances include starring roles in musicals such as Blues In the Night, Still Life, World Goes Round, and The Good Times Are Killing Me. Theresa first performed at The St. Regis Atlanta on New Year’s Eve 2015, bringing in a lively crowd of jazz enthusiasts.

The St. Regis Atlanta’s Thursday night jazz performances in The Wine Room are part of a St. Regis initiative bringing jazz to its guests across the globe. Throughout the Jazz Age, The St. Regis New York played host to some of history’s most beloved jazz greats like Count Basie and Duke Ellington. This rich musical legacy has inspired the Jazz Legends at St. Regis series, presenting the next generation of jazz artists with live performances at The St. Regis hotels around the world.
