Wine-&-Dine at Copper Coin Brookhaven

Copper Coin Brookhaven invites food and wine enthusiasts to be wine-&-dined Thursday, April 21, 2016, from 7 to 9 p.m., during the restaurant's monthly April wine dinner.

The evening’s wine and food tasting experience will include a four-course prix fixe dinner ($40 per person) featuring a variety of delectable offerings, including: half shell clams with parsley, lemon zest and garlic paired with a Chateau Sainte Roseline; duck breast featuring orange mustard, roasted turnip risotto and pickled ramps paired with Josh Cellars Chardonnay; lamb sliders boasting heirloom tomatoes, braised fennel, rosemary aioli and blue cheese crumbles, perfectly paired with a glass of Domaine Laroque Pinot Noir; and more.
