Spring break season is here. Spend your time off having fun vs traveling with these 10 awesome indoor adventures

The spring break season is here, so put away the books for a little while and get out around Atlanta for a little fun. Here are 10+ awesome indoor activities around the city to make your spring break anything but ordinary.
SkyZone Atlanta. Bounce, flip, soar and more at this indoor trampoline park. There are several SkyZone locations throughout Atlanta and although they have similar programs, they do differ. This is a great way to wear the kids out before dinner.
Bowling. Go retro and gather the kids up for some bowling. Atlanta has numerous bowling alleys, many with arcades and additional attractions. If they enjoy themselves, consider signing them up for the Kids Bowl Free program that runs every summer.

Roller Skating. Continuing the retro theme, with a roller skating outing. Teach your kids how to shoot the duck, or maybe just how to navigate the couples skate.
Georgia Aquarium. The Georgia Aquarium is celebrating WinterFest with special activities through March. Enjoy discounted tickets after 4 pm with Imagination Nights. For more fish fun, the Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga is less than 2 hours from Atlanta.

Children's Museum of Atlanta. For kids 12 and under, visit the newly renovated Children's Museum. In addition to exploring the new permanent exhibits, kids can ride a hovercraft in the the latest traveling exhibit From Here to There.
College Football Hall of Fame. Take a college tour with your teen right here in Atlanta. Visit the Football Hall of Fame features some of the most treasured college football traditions for numerous schools.
Dollar Movies. Movies is always a great indoor activity but if you are short on cash, you might try one of these dollar movie theaters.
Booth Western Museum. Get your cowboy on at the Booth Western Museum in Cartersville. They have a fantastic indoor playground called SageBrush Ranch where kids can ride in a stagecoach, cook in the chuckwagon or climb on a horse.
World of Coca-Cola. Pause and refresh over the break with a visit to the World of Coca-Cola. Travel around the world sampling coke products, then have your picture taken with a polar bear.
Fernbank Science Center. If you like dinosaurs but can't afford the pricer Fernbank Museum of Natural History, the Fernbank Science Center is a good choice. They also have inexpensive planetarium shows.
