Two Buckhead Sites Test Positive for West Nile

Two Buckhead sites were among seven bodies of water in Fulton County that tested positive for the West Nile virus, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. The newspaper's online report incorrectly said 20 sites in the county tested positive.

The Georgia Department of Public Health notified Fulton CountyΒ that the virusΒ was detected at Frankie Allen Park and the Tanyard Creek Combined Sewer Overflow along with the other sites, the AJC said.

An AJC online report said 20 sites in Fulton tested positive, but an article in the print edition of the newspaper Friday morning said 20 sites, called pools, were tested, with seven found positive.
