American Cut in Buckhead To Open Around Labor Day
The restaurant will be located in The Shops Buckhead Atlanta.
ATLANTA, GA — American Cut has announced a soft opening day of around Labor Day in The Shops Buckhead Atlanta.
Plans for the restaurant, according to Eater Atlanta, were announced in May 2014. Development problems have delayed the restaurant's opening, which was originally slated for last year.
Iron Chef Marc Forgione and LDV Hospitality are heading up American Cut, and they've also announced a rooftop bar, The Regent Cocktail Club, will sit above the restaurant.

Two Regent Cocktail Clubs are located in Miami and Montauk, N.Y. The concept is designed to pay tribute to The Regent in Miami, which opened in 1941.
