New Leader for Buckhead Atlanta

Hunter Richardson to take over for Jeremy Meredith, who's left OliverMcMillan

Hunter Richardson, a longtime development consultant whose resume includes Atlanta work, will now be in charge of the Buckhead Atlanta project for OliverMcMillan, replacing Jeremy Meredith.

Meredith, an Atlanta native who was directing the Buckhead Atlanta project, originally the Streets of Buckhead, has left Oliver McMiillan to start his own venture.

Richardson had been a consultant to OliverMcMillan. On Tuesday, the Buckhead Community Improvement District Board of Directors on a unanimous vote appointed Richardson to replace Meredith on the board. McMillan had been a member for only several meetings. Richardson was appointed to serve on the Buckhead CID board until May 2013.

purchased the Streets of Buckhead project from Buckhead developer Ben Carter after he was unable to secure financing and the project stalled. The San Diego-based company is expected to resume work on the project this year.
