Pace Academy senior Jack Assaf has been selected as an Academic All-American for lacrosse.
All-Academic team members exhibit exemplary lacrosse skills, good sportsmanship on the field and high academic achievement in the classroom. These players leave their mark beyond the lacrosse field and the classroom by making significant contributions of service to the school and/or community.
Assaf finished the year with 47 goals and 29 assists. He was also a member of the varsity football team and co-president of PASS (Pace Academy Student Support), a non-use group that mentors eighth-grade students. He will attend the University of Notre Dame in the fall.
