Atlanta Cop Arrested for DUI, Again
The officer has been arrested twice in the past two years for drunk driving.

An officer with the Atlanta Police Department is on paid administrative leave pending an investigation into his second DUI arrest in two years.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Officer Christopher Niezurawski was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol last weekend at Piedmont and Lenox roads. Niezurawski was charged with driving under the influence.
In 2012, Niezurawski served 10 days in jail and 12 months on probation after pleading guilty to DUI. That charge stemmed from an April, 2012 incident where Niezurawski was allegedly driving drunk and on the wrong side of Interstate 85. He collided with a Greyhound bus that was traveling in the proper direction.

Niezurawski was off duty at the time of both incidents, but Chief George Turner has taken a hard line against officers convicted of DUI, department spokesman John Chafee told the AJC.
Niezurawski faces at least a 16-day suspension or at most a dismissal from the force pending the result of an investigation into his conduct.
