Atlanta International School rings in the holiday season with its annual German Christmas Market.
At Atlanta International School's annual German Christmas Market, attendees enjoyed authentic German holiday festivities and cuisine.
This past Saturday, December 3, 2016, Atlanta International School (AIS) hosted its annual German Christmas Market (or Weihnachtsmarkt) at its campus in Buckhead from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In welcoming attendees, the AIS community provided a warm and intimate setting for them to enjoy this European family tradition. The market offered a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together and experience an authentic German holiday experience filled with festive activities and cuisine unique to the country, including:
- Traditional German culinary delights and beverages
- Live holiday music and Christmas stories
- Christmas craft activities for kids
- Large selection of gift items
- Photo opportunity with ChristKindl and St. Nikolaus
