Atlanta Tri Delta Sorority Holds Founders' Day Brunch
Presents Scholarships to Three Collegiate Members, Names Chapter's Woman of the Year
The Atlanta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Delta Delta hosted the annual Foundersβ Day brunch on November 14, 2015 at Maggianoβs Little Italy restaurant in Perimeter Center. Marty Webb, an alumna of the College of William & Mary and president of the chapter, welcomed the alumnae as well as collegian members from Tri Delta chapters at Brenau University, Emory University and the University of Georgia.
Jacq Maloney, an alumna of Delta State University and Chairman of Collegiate/Alumnae Relations, presented the Eileen Blaine Rudolph Academic Awards to Meg Bronaugh, Brenau; Jessica Kraft, Emory; and Sydney Redding, U. of Georgia. The award recognizes the member in each chapter with the highest cumulative grade point average at the end of her third year.
βWe are proud of the academic achievement of these women and happy to recognize their efforts at this event that honors the founders of our sorority,β said President Marty Webb.

President Marty Webb also recognized Lenora Oeters, an alumna of Cincinnati University, who was voted the Tri Delta Atlanta Alumnae Woman of the Year. Lenora serves as Philanthropy Chair and has headed the chapterβs annual fundraiser, CARE Affair, supporting Atlanta-based CURE Childhood Cancer and the Tri Delta Foundation.
