Atlanta's Tongue and Groove Nightclub Celebrates Over Two Decades of Success

Tongue & Groove (T&G), a premier nightclub and lounge in Atlanta, is turning 21 this fall and celebrating this milestone anniversary in a big way. As a landmark in Atlanta and known to many as a nightlife destination in the city and beyond, Tongue & Groove transcends the norm by providing a world-class nightlife experience featuring an upscale crowd, eclectic music, modern design, and unparalleled service.

Throughout the past 21 years, the club has hosted and entertained the likes of numerous A-list actors, pop stars and athletes, as well as performances by world-class musicians and DJs, who have all played an integral part of the club’s history. Opening its doors in 1994, the original owners, Michael Krohngold and Scott Strumlauf, still oversee the business, with Operating Partner David Kreidler and General Manager Jayne Coffee. This nightlife dream team has proven to con- tinue to make Tongue & Groove an Atlanta mainstay.

The 21st anniversary party is slated for Thursday, November 19th featuring a VIP reception from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with passed hors d’oeuvres and ABSOLUT Nightlife drinks being poured from the new-to-market light-up liquor bottles as well as continuous toasting from Perrier-Jouet champagne. The extravagant haute couture soiree will continue with dancing to music from DJ Danny M. Patrons can walk away with this season’s latest accessories from the house of T&G.

During the anniversary soiree, Tongue & Groove will unveil an eye-popping LED display surrounding their elevated DJ booth within its 8,600 square-foot space. The installation includes 120° viewing angle and up to 3,290 light illumination donning a bold and exciting motion graphics displays.
