Established in 2010 by Steve Dils, principal and managing director, Avison Young’s office has grown to more than 100 employees, including 30 brokers and 18 principals. · Sonoco - 286,106 square foot manufacturing build-to-suit development, Sosnowiec-Pieńki, Poland

· Nestle-Purina – 550,000 square foot lease, Fairburn, GA

· Kings Hawaiian – 260,000 square foot build-to-suit bakery, Gainesville, GA
