The Pink Agenda, a leader in funding breast cancer research and care, today announced that Season 10 “Bachelorette” and former Assistant District Attorney for Fulton County Andi Dorfman and her fiancé Josh Murray will join Miss Georgia USA Tiana Griggs, actress Rhoda Griffis, and renowned accessories designer Kendra Scott as the headliners of their Atlanta fundraising event “Toast to a Cure.”

The star-studded October 16th event comes just weeks after The Pink Agenda announced a new partnership with E! News Host and breast cancer survivor Giuliana Rancic and her initiative FAB-U-WISH.

The anticipated highlight of the evening will be a keynote speech by Carly Byrd, who survived breast cancer diagnoses three times by the age of 30.

“As a native Georgian who has an intimate knowledge of the way breast cancer can dramatically affect a woman’s life, I am so thrilled to be a part of The Pink Agenda’s efforts. These are the kinds of initiatives that make huge strides in the fight against this terrible disease,” Ms. Byrd said.

Atlanta’s “Toast to a Cure” will honor TPA’s mission of “raising money, raising awareness, and raising hell” in the fight against breast cancer. To date, The Pink Agenda has raised nearly $1 million in their campaign against a disease that will claim the lives of 40,000 women by the end of 2014.

“We are thrilled about the incredible outpouring of support we’ve seen from the Atlanta community. After raising $50,000 at our Atlanta event last October, I can speak on behalf of our stellar host committee when I say that this year’s “Toast to a Cure” will be just as successful in mobilizing Atlanta’s notables and philanthropists in finding a cure for breast cancer,” said Lucretia Gilbert, Executive Director of The Pink Agenda.

“Toast to a Cure” will be held on Thursday, October 16th from 6:30 pm-10:30 pm at Mason Murer Fine Art. Guests can enjoy an open bar, hors d’ouevres, music, and a fabulous silent auction.
