Serpas True Food, a contemporary American favorite in the Old Fourth Ward, will fire up the Big Green Egg for a Pig Roast on Wednesday, November 18, from 5:30 to 9 p.m.! Guests are invited to gather on the patio to dig in to chef Scott Serpas’ spread, including:
• Slow roasted pig (of course!)
• Collard greens with house smoked bacon
• Golden Carolina rice pilaf
• Gouda and sharp cheddar mac n’ cheese
• Ellijay apple cobbler
