BLT Steak Atlanta Fall Blackboard Series Presents: Low & Slow Menu
BLT Steak Atlanta's Low & Slow menu will add some comfort to the dropping temperatures
The Fall Blackboard series at BLT Steak Atlanta highlights unique and local seasonal tastes. Honoring Chef Mattβs skills and kitchen craft, each of the three menus will feature a theme sure to capture Atlanta epicureans. The Fall Dining Series contiues with the Low & Slow Menu (November 4-11) featuring a Braised Pork Cheeks appetizer with popcorn grits, pickled okra and a poached egg and entrΓ©e options of Main Lobster βPot Pieβ with cauliflower, artichoke, chanterelles and Thomasville Tomme and Braised Veal Shank with baby mirepoix, braising jus and gremolata. The menu is finished with a choice of decadent desserts like the Coffee & Donuts with coffee cake donuts and espresso milkshake and the Apple Upside Down Cake with cardamom ice cream and bourbon caramel.
Each course has been expertly paired with wines from all over the world by General Manager, JC Shurts.
Fall Blackboard Series menus can be enjoyed a la carte or as a prix fixe meal for $65 per person.
