Galloway Pre-K class presents annual art show

With classical music playing in the background, Pre-K students at The Galloway School acted as docents as they toured parents and guests through their annual art exhibit on Feb. 22.

The show is a culmination of the big art unit they study each February. The students studied many artists and their styles, and the children created works of art in conjunction with those studies.

Students were excited to discuss the different styles and periods of art on display and were able to explain the different pieces to the patrons. They've gained a solid understanding of the artists and their collections and are very proud of their own work. This annual exhibition is a highlight of the year for the students and parents.
