Warriors out hit the Wildcats 7 to 6, but were out played in loss 6 to 1.

Game 11- North Atlanta Warriors v. Dunwoody Wildcats

In the first, Will Johnson singled, but could not advance as the Dunwoody pitcher seemed to be on. Harrison McClure pitched well in the bottom of the frame striking out one. He made an athletic play on a well placed bunt and Johnson likewise made a great catch in CF.

John Livaditis doubled to the fence, but was quickly picked off base to dash the Warrior hopes of getting something started in the second. The bottom of the inning was almost an exact repeat of the 1st with one K, McClure fielding a bunt and a nice catch made by Matthew Church in RF. The Wildcats did pick up a run in the inning to take the lead 1 to 0.

The third brought more of the same with a single by Brandon Ector, but nothing else. The Wildcats were held scoreless in the bottom of the frame. Campbell Toye made a perfect throw to Wells King to pick off a Dunwoody runner in scoring position.

McClure singled and again the Warriors could not capitalize in the top of the 4th. Unfortunately, the Wildcats were able to capitalize on some miscues and put 2 more on the board to make it 3 to 0.

The Warriors chance to brake it wide open came in the 5th. Ector walked and advanced to 3B on a double down the LF line by King. Johnson walked to load the bases, but some good pitching and timely defense shut things down. Again the Wildcats were able to capitalize and push two more across the plate to make it 5 to 0.

Jackson Echols homered in the 6th to score our only run. The Warriors were kept off balance all day and were never really able to get any momentum going.
