After Senior Night festivities for Stephenson, the Jaguars got off to a good start shutting down the Warriors in order in the first and scoring one to take the early lead. A heads up play by Harrison McClure at SS to get a Jaguar at home kept the damage to a minimum.

Again excellent pitching kept the Warriors scoreless. The Jags added another in the bottom of the inning in spite of excellent plays by Toye at 1B and a second strikeout by pitcher, Austin Hedrick.

Matthew Church led off the inning with a base on balls and moved to 2B on Brandon Ector’s sacrifice bunt. King walked and Will Johnson was hit by a pitch. Harrison McClure walked scoring Church. The Jaguar catcher approached the mound for a conference with the pitcher and King took the opportunity to steal home to tie it up. Jackson Echols slid safely into 1B on a slow roller to keep the inning going and scoring two. Toye singled to RF moving Echols to 3B.  Jake Johnston got down 0-2 in the count before singling in Echols to make it 5 to 2.

King caught a line drive at 2B and threw to Toye at 1B to double up a Jaguar runner. Hedrick struck out the last Jag, but not before they were able to tie it up 5 to 5.

Livaditis walked to lead off the top of the fourth, but North Atlanta could not capitalize. In the bottom of the frame, Hedrick struck out his third, Will Johnson picked off a Jag base runner at 2B, and Toye made a nice pick at 1B on a throw from Johnston to end the inning.

In the fifth, neither team could get anything going offensively. Hedrick struck out two more and Toye made a nice stop on a sharply hit ball to 1B.

Nothing doing for the Warriors in the 6th. King relieved Hedrick and mowed down the first two Jaguars. The third flied out to Echols in RF.

King walked for the second time in the game and Johnson singled moving him to 3B. King scored on a passed ball. McClure tomahawked a deep sacrifice fly to the wall in LCF to easily score Johnson to make it 7 to 5. The Jags went down in the 7th exactly as they did in the 6th with strikeout, strikeout and fly ball out, but to Church this time, to end it.  Final 7 to 5.
