Buckhead Atlanta Developers Look Skyward for Next Project

Shoppers visiting Oliver McMillian’s $1 billion Buckhead Atlanta development may soon be joined by office workers, BuckheadView says.

The developers are planning to build a seven to eight story office tower at the site of the old HiFi Buys at 3135 Peachtree Road. Oliver McMillan is already working on acquiring tenants for the $70 to $80 million project, but could build the tower without any tenants committed to the tower. BuckheadView says the developers would have no problem filling the space due to the popularity of the Buckhead Village area.
