Buckhead Attorney Allegedly Took Clients' Money and Ran
Robert Thompson blames dishonest employees for his troubles, while furious former clients claim he stole their money.

A Buckhead housing lawyer is facing the wrath of former clients who claim he cheated them by taking their money but never performing any legal services on their behalf, WSB-TV reports.
Robert Thompson’s license to practice law has been suspended and he may be disbarred due to the complaints brought forth by former clients. Thompson argues that he never accepted any money from those claiming they were wronged, and lays the blame for the situation on employees who stole from him.
Thompson’s clients don’t believe his alibi and have become so enraged that Thompson has hired a bodyguard to protect him, the station reports.
