According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the move was prompted by the $3 million purchase of the Buckhead Bottle Bar & Bistro property at 268 East Paces Ferry Rd. by The Loudermilk Companies in August, 2013. The ABC reports that the Loudermilk Companies plans to redevelop the site into “3111 Peachtree Atlanta,” containing office and retail space.

Curbed Atlanta reports that Bottle Bar and Bistro’s neighbor in Buckhead, Al’s Café Agora, was also forced to relocate due to the pending development. Al’s found a new site in the Buckhead Village, Curbed says.
