Buckhead Condo is HGTV Contest's Grand Prize

A 2,000 sq. ft. condominium in Buckhead will be the grand prize awarded to the winner of HGTV’s 2014 Urban Oasis contest, 11 Alive News reports.

According to HGTV, the 37th floor condominium at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental will feature 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a terrace that opens to a view of Stone Mountain. Interior designer Lindsay Pumpa is behind the creation of the new space.

The condominium is the centerpiece of the Urban Oasis grand prize package. Other grand prizes will include a brand new 2015 Acura TLX and $50,000 from Quicken Loans.

HGTV’s 2014 Urban Oasis contest runs from Aug. 28 through Oct. 10.
