Buckhead Getting New, 18-Story Condo Tower
"The Charles" will be one of Buckhead Village's tallest buildings, and is being built by the Loudermilk Cos.
ATLANTA, GA — Three generations of Charles Loudermilks will be recognized through a new, 18-story condo tower being planned for Buckhead Village.
The Loudermilk Cos. plans to call the building "The Charles," reports WABE. Charles Loudermilk is the founder of Aaron's Inc., a publicly traded global furniture and appliance rental company. His son, Robin "Charles" Loudermilk, is a major Buckhead owner and real estate developer.
The Charles will be located just a few blocks from Aaron's global headquarters at Peachtree and E. Paces Ferry roads, and also near a park that bears the elder Loudermilk's name.

The building will be 225 feet tall and feature 57 condos that average 3,000 square feet of space each. Units are expected to begin at $1.5 million.
