Victoria Lockard of Greenburg Traurig has been charged with aggressive driving and criminal trespass after the July 1 incident, which allegedly started when another driver honked at Lockard for not turning fast enough. Lockard is then accused of following the other driver down Piedmont Road until they both hit a stop light at Roswell Road.

Once there, Lockard allegedly started honking furiously at the other driver, who then presented an obscene gesture at Lockard. The lawyer then threw a coffee mug at the other driver, smashing out her window, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution says.
