Buckhead Office Tower to be Sold
The 22-story Pinnacle tower and the nearby Two Live Oak building will be on the market soon.
TIAA-CREF is seeking to divest itself of two of its properties in Buckhead, including a 420,000 sq. ft. office tower.
BuckheadView reports that The Pinnacle, owned by the financial services company since 2004, is looking to sell the 22-story building and its adjoining Two Live Oak high-rise. TIAA-CREF bought The Pinnacle for a then-record price of $145 million.
The distinctive Pinnacle tower is located at 3445 Peachtree Road, near the intersection with Lenox Road. The Pinnacle is the third TIAA-CREF property in the Atlanta area to go up for sale within the last three years, the chronicle reports.
