Buckhead resident added to bank's construction lending and mortgage teams

Private Bank of Buckhead, which also includes Private Bank of Decatur and PrivatePlus Mortgage, has named Buckhead resident Joe Polofsky as a Vice President and Relationship Manager. He was previously a Vice President and Mortgage Banker with PrivatePlus.

“Joe is professional, experienced, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented,” says Brent Adams, the bank’s Senior Banking Officer, who also serves as President of Private Bank of Decatur. “He operates with integrity, setting and maintaining expectations.”

The experienced banking and mortgage pro focuses on construction lending as well as mortgages. His financial and customer service perspectives also were honed outside of the banking and the mortgage industry, as an investment broker with Morgan Keegan and as Vice President of Sales/Marketing for the PGA Tour Radio Network.

“I am excited to pivot a bit, broadening my work with the bank, and offering construction lending options not available elsewhere, as well as mortgages, including some newer, exciting portfolio product offerings,” Polofsky says. “I encourage past and new clients to check in about short- and long-term borrowing goals.”

The Atlanta native coaches kids through the Northside Youth Organization (Chastain Park). He enjoys golf, hunting/fishing, cooking and live sporting and music events. He and his English setter bird dog reside in Buckhead.
