Hello all. It's me, Carla Varner, your host of the Buckhead Daily. Here are all the most important things to know about what's happening in the community today.

Here are the top three stories in Buckhead today:
- MTV's reality show spinoff titled "Buckhead Shore" premiered on Thursday night. The show follows the personal lives of a group of friends at the Buckhead Shore - often referred to as the "Beverly Hills of the South." The reality show is a spinoff of the channel's popular "Jersey Shore" show. (WSBTV)
- Morgan County residents have filed a legal complaint with the County's Superior Court targeting Rivian. The focus of the complaint is the electric automaker's tax-exempt status. Rivian has been able to pocket $700 million in tax breaks over the last 25 years, according to the complaint. (Morgan County Citizen)
- A maintenance worker reportedly shot a man at Buckhead's luxury apartment building on Pharr Road on Friday. The man was allegedly trespassing on the Alexan Buckhead Village property around 7:00 a.m. The maintenance worker has not been identified, but she has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony by the Atlanta Police Department.
