Buckhead Sushi Chef Supports New Global Training

ATLANTA, GA -- Fuyuhiko Ito, chef and partner at Umi in Buckhead, is supportive of Japan’s new global certification system for sushi chefs.

This report from CNN says the new program will give chefs a gold, silver or bronze rating.

Ito believes a similar ratings system should have been implemented years ago and will result in improvements in the sushi that is available to consumers.
