Celebrate Juicy Summer Tomatoes with South City Kitchen Vinings
To celebrate the peak of juicy summer tomatoes, South City Kitchen Vinings will be serving a special tomato-centric menu July 21-30.

Summertime in the South calls for juicy tomatoes and South City Kitchen Vinings is taking full advantage of this fresh, summer crop with its annual TomatoJam!
Beginning Thursday, July 21, and running through Saturday, July 30, join executive chef Nathan McGrath to celebrate the peak of the summer harvest with a limited time tomato-centric menu. Featured small plates include tomato-bacon beignets with cheddar cheese and roasted garlic mayonnaise; tomato pie with guanciale marmalade and watercress; and tomato salad with grilled watermelon, cucumber, feta and lemon vinaigrette, just to name a few. Guests will also enjoy tomato inspired entrees including tomato-corn risotto with heirloom cherry tomatoes and crisped okra; country fried chicken thighs with BBQ peanuts, roasted jalapeno slaw and green tomato gravy; seared flounder with confit green tomato, eggplant, grilled wax beans, corn emulsion and more. Each dish is sure to dazzle all taste palates, spreading admiration for the season’s favorite crop.
