Coastal Cuisine Dining To Be Newest Buckhead Village Eatery
Caramel will open in 2022 bringing coastal cuisine and a variety of flavors to Buckhead Village.
ATLANTA — Buckhead Village will be the home of Oliva Restaurant Group’s latest coastal cuisine eatery and bar Caramel.
Owner Tal Baum, who also plans the winter opening of American-European restaurant Atrium at Ponce City Market, told Eater Atlanta that the 2022 launch of Caramel will introduce the city to a broad variety of tastes.
“Our take on coastal cuisine is less about a specific suite of recipes or from a particular region,” Baum said.

The restaurant will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch from a kitchen led by Chef Brandon Hughes, Oliva Restaurant Group’s culinary director.
