David’s real estate career spans more than two decades in Georgia, Florida and North Carolina, and his areas of expertise include new home sales, resale and luxury residential real estate, in particular golf club real estate. Golf has always been an important part of David’s life; he was a member of the golf team at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a golf teaching and playing professional from 1990 - 1998, David played in five PGA TOUR events as well as various mini-tour events around the Southeast.
