About Family Life Center
The Family Life Center is a community fitness facility open to the public. We offer an abundance of activities to our members including group fitness classes in two studios, plus aquatic aerobics in the pool. Our 25 yard long, heated pool is also open to those who would like to swim laps, and boasts a saline chlorination system which is better for your skin and your bathing suit. We have a full size basketball court available to our members, or available for rental to outside parties. Hosted every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on the basketball court are competitive pickleball games- come try it out for only $5! We also have plenty of exercise equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. If you'd rather work on your muscular strength, try one of our many machines or free weights. Personal trainers are available for hire if you need some extra guidance in your work outs. We also offer massage therapy, and a foot care service called Happy Feet. Kids' camps and activities are available throughout the year as well. Come by and see what the Family Life Center has for you!
