Engel and Volkers Buckhead Atlanta Wins Gold OBIE for Best Marketing Campaign

Shirley Gary, Managing Owner/Broker of Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, received the 2015 Gold OBIE for Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion for an Associate at the 35th Annual Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association (GAHBA) Awards gala in recognition of her company’s 2015 grand opening event.

In April, Engel & Völkers, the European-based premium real estate brand, celebrated the grand opening of the new Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta Property Shop in Oliver McMillan’s sophisticated BuckheadAtlanta mixed-use commercial and residential development. Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed presided over the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The elegant event hosted in both Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta’s luxurious storefront facing Pharr Road, as well as in a private area of BuckheadAtlanta that was closed for the grand opening event, was attended by almost 400 city officials, top clients and industry notables. The winning campaign included extensive pre- and post event communications and PR; superb event planning, decorating and catering; stylish gifts and gift bags; and participation in the event by a number of BuckheadAtlanta retailers and restaurants.
