Atlanta Public Schools: Saturday Academy Deadline

Saturday Academy is an opportunity for students, grades 3-8, to receive extra support in the areas of literacy and math. Participation in the Saturday Academy is free of charge to all Atlanta Public School students.  If you feel your child needs support in both areas, your child will be enrolled in both Saturday Academies.  Saturday Academy will start January 28, 2012 for students who register in advance. The student hours will be from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM.  It lasts through May 19.  No Saturday Academy during Spring break. 

Enrollment is simple, just complete the registration form and return it to your child’s school no later than January 5, 2012. Parents will be notified of the Saturday Academy site their child will be assigned to as well as transportation details no later than January 20, 2012.
