Dynamic Stretching at the Library

In meeting room of Buckhead Library.

Free Health Seminar for people with muscle and joint pain problems (stiff, aching back, neck, shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle, etc).  Fitness expert Mr. G Kang will explain the benefits of Dynamic Stretching.  This is a fitness program of moderate exercises to help you gradually rebuild all muscles and regain a stronger, flexible, more fit body.  Not a miracle cure, not a frantic boot camp program, but if you put in an effort, you will be rewarded.  Come and learn, bring a friend.
