Fitness expert Mr. G Kang will explain the benefits of Dynamic Stretching. This is a fitness program of moderate exercises to help you gradually rebuild all muscles and regain a stronger, flexible, more fit body. Not a miracle cure, not a frantic boot camp program, but if you put in an effort, you will be rewarded. Come and learn, bring a friend.
