The official Twitter account of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport confirmed that the fire was part of an exercise to train airport firefighters. A photo posted by the airport shows what appears to be a mock-up of a small jet on fire, with firefighters surrounding and attacking the blaze.

A similar training exercise was carried out last week and ran until noon, the airport said at the time.
