Still looking for the perfect summer camp for your child. Here are five favorites, plus a link to more than 200 area camps.

Still looking for the perfect summer camp for your child? The Atlanta Summer Camp Guide has more than 200 summer camps listed. Here are five favorites.
Josh Powell Summer Day Camp: Located on 23 wooded acres in Cherokee County, kids spend the day building forts in the woods, swimming, canoeing on the lake, or winning a popsicle for a bulls-eye on the archery range. Whatever they choose, they’ll come back a little dirty, tired and smiling.
CampMODA: Campers use design thinking in connection with science, technology, creativity, engineering and math skills to solve real world problems, all while having fun creating LEGO Robots, Minecraft worlds, or even designing wearable technology.

Club SciKidz: Kids can try emergency medicine, veterinary science, 3-D Printing, or video game creation. My favorite is Camp Sea Adventures, which mixes oceanography with a dose of pirate escapades.
MJCCA Summer Day Camps: Jewish campers enjoy themed camps like Welcome to Hogwarts; Junk Art; Ninja Warrior Camp; Zombie Invasion; Minion Madness; and Science Discovery.
